Dr Dilf is sarcastic about the need for so many establishing shots of the mansion. It refers to itself as a “hypersexualised reality show”. Even the tension, when it appears, is there to fulfil the reality show brief (briefs?), as two himbos go to war. Stormy Daniels may not be an immediate natural at delivering her lines, but she’s got a great rapport with both daddies and himbos, and unlike a lot of reality shows, it does actually look as if they’re all having fun.

Even though it is very understandable that his choice could change, we weren’t properly shown how the connection between JeongHo and HyeokJun was formed. What was particularly egregious about this episode was that it not only filmed and broadcast bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s breakup with fiancée Becca Kufrin, this breakup was shown in an almost entirely unedited state. As if that wasn’t enough, “Bachelor” host Chris Harrison invited Kufrin to watch the footage back during a live episode aired on national television before asking her how it felt to relive that moment.

There’s a reason this show is so popular, and has jumped the pond as it were. So, if you haven’t seen it yet, get on board because you’re missing out. You really can’t go wrong when you throw a group of strangers together on an island and watch what happens, romantically speaking. And that’s really all Love Island is, but it’s so, so good.
Not only is 90 Day Fiancé itself a seriously captivating show, but the entire 90 Day Fiancé franchise is also particularly compelling. There are so many spinoffs, each one as dramatic and addicting as the former. But as a show centered on bringing two people with very different upbringings and cultures together, there’s no way that can’t be enthralling to watch. 90 Day Fiancé isn’t great at finding super compatible couples all the time, but that’s kind of part of the fun.

Oftentimes, there are various loopholes and questions that arise as the episodes progress in these themed shows. This case is evident in the first season of “His Man”, in the coupling of JeongHo and HyeokJun. While we no doubt enjoyed their cute and adorable chemistry and we were given a couple of seconds where we saw JeongHo glancing over to HyeokJun with clear interest in his eyes. A cute and plausible moment that would make some see the foundation of their connection, however, for the most part of the series, it looked like JeongHo was more interested in ChanGyu.
